Animation: a sealed envelope opens and three designs fan out of it. One is chosen, the names and date write themselves onto it, and it settles into a phone. There, the Velvet Hour invitation runs live: scrolling lifts the name plaque, opens the velvet curtains and lights the candles on the stage.

Questions, answered plainly
Do I receive a file?
No. Your invitation is a web page that we host for you. You get a guest link to send, and a private link to edit it. There is nothing to download or print.
Can I edit it after publishing?
Yes. Change the time, venue, programme or message whenever you like. Guests see the update on the same link. The layout, colours and opening animation stay as they are.
How do I send it?
Copy your guest link and paste it into WhatsApp, Instagram, SMS, email or any chat. You can also share a QR code.
Do guests need an app?
No. The invitation opens in any phone or computer browser. Guests do not need an account either.
Can I upload photos?
Not at the moment. Each design comes with artwork and an opening made by our studio, so it looks finished without photos. You can change the text, details and music.
How long does the link stay active?
Until 30 days after your event. After that the link closes, so download your guest replies before then.
